Asha Puri is a beautiful temple in Nepal. In Nepali 'asha' means 'wish', so people believe that making a wish here somehow makes that wish come true. As we enter the temple we can see a beautiful view of two rivers meeting and co-incidently in my visit the place where the rivers met, there were two beautiful birds kissing eachother which was absolutely a great view. There are even shops which already consists of things(samagrees) we need for conducting a puja. People purchase these samagrees and take it to the temple nd worship. They light the 'diya' and the 'tapari of samagrees' are given to the temple's priest. The temple is really beautiful, also it has bridge kind of thing which takes us to the spot where we can find taps. Also, there are some tea shops(chya pasal) where you can chill for some time. All in all the place is very peaceful and a good picnic point for family picnics.
